Sheet Glass Manufacturing Factory — Masaka

A sheet glass manufacturing plant in Masaka district on the shores of Lake Victoria. The area has high-quality glass sand with a high silica content, making it ideal for glass production.

This will be the first sheet glass manufacturing facility in Uganda, reducing the country's dependence on imported glass products. The factory will produce flat glass, window glass, and other glass products for the construction and automotive industries.

The project leverages local silica resources to produce high-quality glass products domestically, reducing imports and boosting industrial growth in the region.
