Development of water-based eco-adventure parks featuring geothermal spas and resorts, leveraging Uganda's natural hot springs and diverse water features. The project includes spa facilities, adventure water parks, eco-lodges, wellness centres, and supporting tourism infrastructure.

Uganda has numerous natural hot springs, particularly in the western region near the Rwenzori Mountains, which remain largely undeveloped for tourism. This project creates a unique wellness and adventure tourism offering.
